St Petersburg, Florida, may be filled with gorgeous beaches and vacation homes but Judy Horvath isn’t on vacation. She’s a full-time licensed real estate professional specializing in the Tampa Bay area who has sold over 325+ homes in the past 8 years. Not only has she been the top producing agent in her office over the past several years and is TOP 100 in Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida, but she is also recognized as one of the Top 1% of real estate professionals in Pinellas County. 

 

Charismatic and caring, Judy builds relationships with her clients, letting them tell their stories so she can better understand the motivation behind the decision to buy or sell. The “Why” of a client can dramatically change a situation and is a cornerstone for how Judy and The Horvath Group operate. She takes pride in being there through every step of the transaction, providing personal service and expert-level knowledge. As an active part of her community, Judy loves to interact with her clients long past the closing date. 

 

With her multicultural upbringing, Canadian and American dual citizenship, and her multilingual aptitude Judy can relate to a multitude of clients and agents. She has traveled the world, living in five different countries including Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Canada (Toronto), and the United States. Now with roots firmly planted in St Pete and Tampa Bay Area, the people Judy has met and the experiences she’s had gives her a wealth of compassion and understanding of different cultures. 

 

Judy graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Business Management and Marketing, and before becoming a real estate professional her background was in sales. Their marketing and sales history gives her the knowledge to get your house sold quickly and at the best price while her business management skills make her a masterful negotiator able to finesse even the toughest of situations for her clients.

 

A resident of St. Petersburg for over 16 years, Judy truly loves the Tampa Bay area and all that it offers. The fantastic weather and water access allow her to relish in abundant sunshine while boating, swimming, or paddleboarding. Judy also loves to frequent the St. Pete restaurant scene indulging in new cuisines and supporting local businesses. She is a mother of two young children, helping her to better understand the educational opportunities afforded by the Pinellas County school system. When she isn’t working, Judy loves spending time and traveling with her family, hanging out with her Yorkie-Poo Pinot, playing tennis, and volunteering.
